Australia
Hi Everyone !
Spring is almost here and I can see the beautiful cherry blossom starting to come out. It’s very nice ! So, did you guess which country I was talking about in my quiz? Well, it was Australia!
I have been lucky to go there four times, and actually I lived there for one year as well. I travelled all over Australia. It's a fantastic country !
Perth is a lovely city by the sea, with nice parks and open spaces. The north of Australia is fantastic, too. It is the real Australia ! I visited Darwin and Kakadu National Park, and saw a lot of wildlife, including crocodiles and snakes. It was amazing!
Then I went to Alice Springs and Ayers Rock, where I climbed to the top. These are in the centre of Australia, where the ground is red ! After that I went to Sydney, which is one of the best cities in the world. The Harbour Bridge and Opera House are wonderful sights.
From there I headed north to the Gold Coast and the Barrier Reef. Wow ! It was incredible! I snorkled in the sea and saw the Barrier reef. In tropical Cairns, we saw cute Koala bears.
Next, I went to the lovely island of Tasmania where the famous Tasmanian Devil lives. Do you know what it is?
On my journey back to Perth, I stopped in Melbourne and Adelaide.
